Overview

One can code, or one can manage. Starting an IT career with development is not the only way to go. Our Project Management course will skill you in organizing teams, building complex processes, and working with Agile and Scrum principles.

The students interact a lot within the course, both with the teacher and amongst themselves. There are interactive lessons and a ton of practice assignments. We will kick off with the basics and work up to more complicated topics, such as the essence and types of projects; the Project Manager’s role in the team; planning, calculating the costs, and risk estimation; task distribution to developers. You will learn to solve any work issues. On the course, you will be working on your own pet project. It will serve as an example of all the project life cycle stages.

Upon completing the course, you will be well familiar with best practices and Project Management tools. As a result, you will gain sufficient knowledge to take a test and receive an international Scrum master certificate on Scrum.org.
